The Technical Program consists of three (3) plenary speaker presentations, seventeen (17) invited speaker presentations, five (5) concurrent sessions of contributed papers and three (3) poster sessions. Oral Sessions Oral presentations are limited to 12 minutes with an additional 3 minutes allowed for questions and answers (15 minutes total time). Poster Sessions The poster sessions will be held in the Idlughet Hall, street Level of the Dena'ina Convention Center. All posters are to be set-up by 12:00 on Monday, June 22nd, and remain up until Thursday at 08:30. This will give additional time for attendees to view posters during breaks and before the Conference sessions. On your assigned day, please plan to spend the entire session at your poster for questions and discussion. Please note that the policy of IEEE is that if a presenter (Oral or Poster) does not attend the Conference and present the published paper it will not be included on-line in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Open Poster Submissions The purpose of the Open Poster Session is to further encourage information dissemination and discussion by sharing of: (a) preliminary research that will interest the participants but could not be submitted to the Conference earlier; (b) research that has been previously presented, but in a venue generally not attended by the Conference participants; or (c) research, education and/or commercialization initiatives and ideas that are valuable to the Conference participants but are not included in the formal program. More information regarding Open Posters can be found on the "What are Open Posters" page. Open Poster Abstract Submission Deadlines and Due Dates (No Deadline Extensions)
