	Authors Poster Instructions Oral Guidelines		The Technical Program consists of three (3) plenary speaker presentations, twelve (12) invited speaker presentations, four (4) concurrent sessions of contributed papers and three (3) poster sessions. Oral Sessions Oral presentations are limited to 12 minutes with an additional 3 minutes allowed for questions and answers (15 minutes total time). Poster Sessions All poster sessions will be held in the Plaza Building, Concourse Level at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel. All posters are to be set-up by 12:45 on Monday, June 9th, and remain up until Thursday at 14:45. This will give additional time for attendees to view posters during breaks and before the Conference sessions. On your assigned day, please plan to spend the entire session at your poster for questions and discussion. Please note that the policy of IEEE is that if a presenter (Oral or Poster) does not attend the Conference and present the published paper it will not be included on-line in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
