Instructions for Online Booking: Spouse tour booking is now closed.
- Log in with your registered email and password.
- Choose tours. The details of each tour is below the calendar.
- Enter the number of persons, and click ‘book now’.
- Insert the additional information and click, ‘next step’.
- Fill in the ‘Billing and Primary Contact information’, and ‘Payment Information’ and click ‘Complete booking’.
- Wait for the confirmation screen and click the orange button to print your voucher.
- You then receive two e-mails from us, confirming your booking and a receipt of the transaction.
Note:
- Each booking, which may include more than one trip, include all people you fill out in the registration form. If the trips you choose are for differentpeople, you should start a new booking.
- The maximum of people per tour is 35 and a minimum of 6. The tour package fee includes 1 tour guide, 1 bus, entrance tickets, lunch, and NTD 2,000,000 travel insurance with NTD 100,000 accidental insurance.
- CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & BOOKING CHANGES
- When minimums are not met, a full refund will be offered.
- Notice of cancellation or booking changes must be made in writing to Hwa Hsin Travel at leechinchu@hotmail.com.
- We may be obliged to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to war, riots, civil disturbances, strikes, natural disasters, terrorist activities or threat of such, closure of airport, ports or railways. For such circumstances, we will inform the customer about the cancellation as soon as we are alerted. Alternatives of the tour will be provided of comparable standards. A full refund of the paid amount will be provided should the customer decide not to travel any more. However, an administrative fee may still be applied.
- The following scale of charges will apply when a cancellation is notified.
- 20-29 days prior to departure - 20% of total purchase amount
- 4-20 days prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount
- 2-4 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount
- 1 day prior to departure, day of departure or no-show - 100% of total purchase amount
- In the event that a customer wish to withdraw from a package or tour after it has commenced, we are unable to provide refunds for absences from a tour, including but not limited to missed sightseeing, meals, entertainment, etc.
