The registration fees for the Transducers 2017 Conference are as follows:

Pre-registration will close on June 9, 2017. After June 9, 2017, all prospective attendees will register on-site at the onsite rate. Please bring this registration form with payment to on-site registration.

Registration payment, in New Taiwan Dollars only, is due within 10 days of receipt of your registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes soft-copy of the Technical Digest, Sunday Welcome Reception, Sunset Beach Reception, lunches, breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than June 9, 2017, and will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after that date. A $50.00 fee will be charged for all substitutions.

All presenters are required to register for the conference by Tuesday, March 28th. Your manuscript will not be published without your paid registration. Please note the following:

• Presenters MAY NOT present more than 2 accepted contributions at the conference without an extra charge.
• One additional contribution may be added for $450.

PLEASE NOTE: The Wednesday Evening Conference Banquet IS NOT included in the price of a full registration.
