The Estrel Hotel, with 1,125 rooms and suites, is Germany's largest hotel. Student Rooms
A limited number of student rooms are available at the Estrel Berlin for students registered for the conference at the discounted rate of €108 per night. Student sleeping rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis, and are noisier, atrium facing rooms that cannot be changed. Single and double rooms are available with a maximum of 3 students per room. Reservations

The cut-off date for the reduced group rate is May 15, 2019. Reservations made after the May 15 cut-off date will be confirmed subject to availability of space and non-group rates. A credit card is needed to hold your reservation. To cancel your reservation, please contact the Estrel Berlin at least 4 weeks in advance of arrival to avoid fees. Cancellations less than 4 weeks in advance or no-shows will be charged 80% of the contracted room rate for all nights.
