The Technical Program consists of four (4) plenary speaker presentations, twelve (12) invited speaker presentations, five (5) concurrent sessions of contributed papers and three (3) poster sessions.

Oral Sessions

Oral presentations are limited to 12 minutes with an additional 3 minutes allowed for questions and answers (15 minutes total time).

Poster Sessions

The poster sessions will be held in the Convention Hall II of the Estrel Berlin - Hotel & Congress Center. All posters are to be set-up by 10:15 on Monday 24 June, and remain up until Wednesday 26 June at 16:30. This will give additional time for attendees to view posters during breaks and before the Conference sessions. On your assigned day, please plan to spend the entire session at your poster for questions and discussion.

Please note that the policy of IEEE is that if a presenter (Oral or Poster) does not attend the Conference and present the published paper it will not be included on-line in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
