We develop high-performance and energy-efficient micro-Valve-Pumps for fluid-handling applications. Our devices can be made from wide range of materials to address various branches, from industrial pneumatic valves to MRI-compatible perfusion pumps. Having a planar and modular design, our micro-Valve-Pumps can be integrated into on-chip setups, and open new horizons in gas/liquid handling markets, demonstrating outstanding valving AND pumping functionalities simultaneously!
